I directed all operational activities to drilling. I was responsible for the hands, well control as well as its operation. I proposed and executed changes to the office well plan according to the authority given to me by the Drilling Superintendent, and Vice President of the company. My daily work included directing the proper applications to the office program which included drilling completions, logging, testing slickline, and many other daily operations. I supervised and monitored all logistics and prepared the companies daily report from all daily reports submitted to me.

Managed on site day to day drilling operations, activities of rig contractor personnel and third-party contractors, worked in a team environment ensuring the safety of all personnel on location, while executing the operators drilling plan and reaching target depth as quickly and cost effective as possible, and in compliance with all applicable government regulations and company policies. I maintained daily activity reports, cost tracking, vendor evaluations and any other report required. Coordinated with engineering and purchasing department to ensure necessary services and equipment are available when needed. I managed logistics for personnel and equipment to and from location. Chesapeake, Wilcox formation well to 10,000’-12,000’ MD, 15PPG OBM drilled s-curve wells Well control, maintain drilling fluids, pumps, and mud cleaning equipment.
