Businesses are understaffed with a bookkeeper or accounting manager and are missing opportunities, lacking real time financial and operational control creating additional risk for the company.2LP will work on a part-time, interim or project basis to understand your business and provide the hands-on services necessary to strengthen your business:  Financial management, controller and treasury functions 2LP Enterprises Inc provides the following: o Prepare, manage or assist in the preparation of meaningful internal financial statements and operational reportso Prepare or assist in creating budgets, forecasts and projected cash flowo Manage cash flow including monitoring receivables and payables and coordinating with sales and purchasing personalo Manage and assist as necessary the year end financial process including preparation of annual financial statements and both statement and corporate tax working papers, including SRED claims. Liaison with auditors on their requirements and timeliness to reduce overall costo Assist with the management of insurance, pension plans, employee benefit programs, and gas and utility contracts. o Manage and assist with system changes and improvements Assist in the development and implementation of real time daily, weekly and monthly key measurables to well defined goals and objectives Assist in the development of strategic and operational plans and implementation of financial strategies consistent with the business plans Assist with business reorganization which could include share, corporate and ownership restructuring and staffing changes to be consistent with the current and projected business levels
