My entire professional career over the past forty years has been a combination of developmental, entrepreneurial pursuits in conjunction with an active, commercial law practice. Within the juxtaposition of the two, I have given some 5,500 speaking presentations to over one million people; appeared on 140 television and radio talk-shows; written nine books; incubated, grew, and sold some 80 different businesses in eight diverse sectors; and handled 16,000 different matters for just under 2,000 clients. In doing so, I have developed substantial expertise in starting, developing, growing, and managing all aspects of enterprises at every level, leading high-performance executive teams, and motivating an exceptionally committed and loyal workforce. And lastly, having conceptualized, developed, and sold approximately $1.5 billion of products and services directly to consumers, I know what it takes to galvanize a team capable of fostering an exceptional organization generating a substantial profit and satisfying the needs of all stakeholders.
