Master Scheduler responsible for planning, scheduling, and documentation of all maintenance and utilization of assigned A-10 aircraft. This included time sensitive requirements for inspection, replacement, and preparation of both the aircraft and their associated support equipment utilizing extensive use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order creation and data retrieval, and coordination with outside agencies for resource utilization and repair.

Project planning and coordination focused on resource movement. Experience ranges from short-notice movement of a single person, to the long-term planning and implementation process of moving 200+ personnel, and supporting equipment of 500+ short tons. This includes training personnel on rules, regulations, and requirements as well as communicating/briefing complex information in public settings.Other responsibilities included the management of personnel resources and assignment requirements. I was the Chairman of the A-10 Weapons System Council Manpower Board from 2008-2012 covering 6 state's civilian and military employment requirements totaling approximately 3750 persons.

Project coordination and control related to the repair and utilization of medium-frame C-130 and small-frame A-10 aircraft. This included the use of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to both input and retrieve work-order requirements and tracking time-to-completion requirements and success. Extensive use of multi-frequency radio equipment, telephones, and computer equipment in a dispatch environment for personnel and equipment in a fast-paced airport and military environment. There was also frequent development, review, and coordination of emergency checklists creation and their implementation, as well as data acquisition and reporting.

Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair of fixed-wing aircraft engines and auxiliary power plants. This includes the use of specialized measurement equipment to complete tasks with tolerances and accuracy of 1/1000 of an inch. Knowledge, skills and abilities in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy crane and support equipment were fundamental to the duties and completion of tasks assigned. Trained to operate engines and aux power plants while installed in the aircraft, as well as while installed into stand alone test-beds. Responsible for the training and mentoring of personnel in maintenance practices and theory associated with complete disassembly, inspection, and assembly of engines and modules.

Inspection, documentation, and reporting of semiconductor defects during numerous stages of product manufacturing in a clean-room environment using microscopes, scanning electron microscopes, and various other specialized spectrum comparison analyzers. In a manufacturing and production environment, responsible for training and mentoring employees in the full process of semiconductor manufacturing and evaluating performance. frequent use of inventory management software, and specialized databases for documentation and reporting data to engineering staff. Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment safety and security, as well as training others those skills.
