Currently working on Chrysler Seat Trim plastics parts work closely with the customer, Mayco plant, and tool group. Current project is lunched and production has started. Other projects working on are plastic radiator side shields parts are using the 2 shot molding process. Also have a strong background in door and hard trim interior plastics.September October out of work for 6 weeks then contracted into Mayco International thru CER Group I started in the automotive business January of 1978 as a detailer to most current position Sr. Product Engineer. 30 years of my career on interior trim plastic parts from manual detailer to computer designer, program managing, director of design and engineering, Secondary Tool Engineer, and Sr. Product Engineer from concept to production release both domestic and abroad. A thorough understanding of product design and engineering with a strong knowledge of injection mold tooling, manufacturing processes, plant assembly requirements, program cost, and program scheduling from a career of design and engineering with suppliers and direct OEM, BMW, Chrysler, , Ford, GM, GM Bezel, GM China, GM Korea, Mack Truck, Mahindra, Mazda, Mercedes, Nissan, Sea Ray, Toyota, Volvo, and VW.
