Ensured that quality processes were developed implemented and maintained throughout the organization, as well as providing consultative service to various administrative, supply chain service and nursing leaders around medical devise management, as well as medical devise capital purchases, or rental as needed for value based planning for the organization.I provided quarterly presentation to various organizations committees and sub-committees regarding medical devise recalls, process improvement, and action plans to address the many different aspects of the medical devise life cycle as it pertained to the organization and clinical areas.I served on quality improvement teams addressing topics such as infection control as it applies to medical devise re-use, medical devise processing through the clinical areas of the organization, as well as accreditation preparation work groups.My team was instrumental in providing quality services which lead to a net growth of 5% to the account.
