I had the opportunity to act as a facilitator in intensive courses for Bancolombia employees. One focused on DDD, and the other on the implementation and use of Docker. I designed both courses to improve the technical skills of the team and promote best practices in their respective areas.I conducted training for the Intelix team, ranging from fundamentals to advanced technologies. I provided training on best practices, design patterns and essential SpringBoot components. Topics such as relational and non-relational databases, unit testing, functional and reactive programming, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services were explored. Participants engaged in weekly evaluative challenges, concluding with a final project that covered all topics covered in the program.I played the role of coach in a training league to deepen programming concepts, where I gave mentoring sessions and provided advice and follow-up to the participants. During this training we developed an inventory project for a store, using technologies such as Java, Nest, .NET, CQRS, materialized views, EDA, WebSocket, DDD, reactivity, monorepository, clean architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Angular and JWT. In addition, topics such as design patterns and relational databases were covered.I fulfilled the role of assistant coach and, at times, lead coach for Bancolombia staff, instructing a Java-based SOLID principles course. I led the team in implementing SOLID principles, promoting proficiency in Java, clean coding, and software architecture.

I collaborated with a team in the development of applications using SpringBoot, Java, Angular, and databases such as MySQL and MongoDB, among other technologies. I applied software development methodologies such as Domain-Driven Design, Clean Architecture, as well as agile methodologies like SCRUM and Kanban to enhance the software quality and development process.Through my consistent participation and collaboration in all sessions, I was recognized as a "Master Collaborator" for my contributions.

Ejercí el cargo de Auxiliar de Ingeniería Sanitaria y Ambiental donde tuve a mi cargo las funciones de elaborar y organizar memorias técnicas de diseño bajo supervisión de jefe inmediato, digitalizar y editar planos en autocad, diligenciar formatos necesarios para los estudios (PEC, ERCA, PSMV, PUEA, PGR), consultar fuentes bibliográficas para la elaboración de estudios y otras funciones adicionales pertinentes.
