• Responsibilities consisted of scheduling jobs to be run through our manufacturing facility • Have open communications with our reps as well as customers in terms of fine-tuning colors, choosing types of wood species for customer orders/detail that the customer requests regarding how they want their custom floor to appear• Coordinated with our HUB with transferring materials needed to manufacture our custom flooring and any supplies needed to maintain our branch • Maintained inventory control and accuracy, coordinated pick-ups and deliveries, opened and closed the manufacturing facility • Loaded and unloaded freight on trailers using a motorized forklift and pallet jack in compliance with state and federal DOT guidelines

• Responsibilities included setting up the work load for the night shift which consisted of printing out work orders as well as reviewing and updating orders for accuracy and date of delivery • Working with our dispatch coordinator on distributing the loads among our 14 trucks and verifying weight on delivery trucks to avoid over weight loads/routes • Solving any problems with orders that would prevent the order puller from fulfilling the order in a timely matter

• Responsibilities included receiving branch transfers, customer returns, stocking and replenishing locations • Updating the inventory system via RF scanning• Customer service responsibilities were to take reference numbers, creating orders on the spot, taking payment via cash and card, turning in cash and receipts into management at the end of each shift• Driving consisted of completing set routes and delivering via pallet jack or local jobsites and keeping good relationships with customers

• Responsibilities included arriving, unloading the entire fleet of trucks and processing paperwork and updating the system for returns, reschedules, transfers, material P. O’s.• Stocking locations with stock brought in via branch stock transfers and Purchase orders picked up by delivery drivers• Maintaining order in the yard which included directing traffic in the yard• Ensuring drivers turned in the respective paperwork and verify for accuracy • End of the week lock up the entire warehouse • Responsible for making sure all trucks were locked and keys turned in to the dispatch office, that all outside fences were locked and the alarm connected, and all warehouse and office doors were locked as well
