But his greatest strengths are his drive, positivity, and leadership. He is inspiring to the team's he works on, and he brings an infectious energy. I worked with Larry during the creation of Jhin, a character in LoL. Before that I'd talked with Larry and had some brief interactions with him, but to work with him directly was an amazingly positive experience. He provided vision and brought urgency to a team that was struggling with both things. He was so much more than a concept artist, I would describe Larry as the primary person responsible for Jhin's success. But I know that when he reads this, he's going to say to himself, "No, it was the great team, it was the support, it was everyone." And he's right, but he also made that entire effort and all those people better. He'll take on hard stuff, he'll ask hard questions, and he'll be resolute in his desire to succeed. It was a pleasure working with him, and I hope it happens again."
