• Lead a comprehensive Diagnostic and Treatment Center and Radiology start-up. Currently employ 20 physicians and 55 supporting staff. • Achieved revenues of over $10M during the 12-month period ending in April 2016.

Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Health System’s Department of Internal Medicine and it’s 17 Divisions. Tasked with managing Faculty Practice for the System.• Worked with Chair to restructure multiple divisions to deliver better patient care and physician satisfaction• Improved professional revenue cycle to deliver $1M in additional revenue on the same book of business; developed AR dashboard for Board of Directors and physicians• Successfully integrated 20 physicians from private practice into employed faculty practice• Managed daily operations of 220 employees with 15 direct reports
