Carrying on the purpose and vision of The Root Dozen (i.e., that of my parents) through my family (i.e. The Root Half-Dozen) which includes myself, my wife and our four children (all adults now)! I hope I have provided all of the life skills I learned in my parents home to my children via my home...and set the continued foundation that they will carry into their homes! 3 John 1:4 - I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth!

I am the 8th of 12 children. Being from a large family, living in close quarters, sharing everything, surviving on hand-me-downs, raised in a wonderful Christian home, loved by my parents, having my brothers & sisters as my closest and best friends...everything I needed to learn about life and getting along in this world and running a business...I learned from being a part of this amazing family! My mom and dad established the most wonderful of environments in which to learn, grow and mature - and I am still being blessed by that!
