He has been involved with all aspects of real estate including development, leasing, acquisitions and strategic asset management. Larry is currently working on the $500 million redevelopment of the former United Hospital site in Port Chester, NY for Rose Associates and Bedrock Real Estate. Proposed project includes 1,000 residential units including age restricted housing, 120-key hotel, cell tower and retail/amenity space.Larry has redeveloped multiple former Sears sites on behalf of Seritage Growth Properties (NYSE: SRG). He oversaw the approval process for the $250 million mixed use redevelopment of the 27 acre, former Sears property in Hicksville, NY. Larry worked with JC Penney to identify redevelopment potential for multiple company-owned locations across the United States. He previously advised Trinity Place Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: TPHS) on the redevelopment of former Syms sites in Paramus, NJ, Palm Springs, FL and Westbury, NY. Larry advised both parties on the sale of the American Stock Exchange Building in lower Manhattan, which included over 200,000 square feet of air rights. He also was part of the asset management team that repositioned Sky View Center, an urban, vertical mixed use development with 800,000 square feet of retail and over 1,000 residential units in Flushing, Queens.
