Operations Manager Oct. 2000 to May 2002• Laid out entire 40,000 sq. ft. factory with 4 production lines utilizing multiple workstations with additional workstations for assembling the subassemblies used in the completed unit.• Established time studies for all work stations used in the manufacturing of the finished products as they were developed by the Engineering Department.• Responsible for developing the Bills of Material for all assemblies and subassemblies.• Worked with the Manufacturing Engineer to develop the program used by the SAP main computer system for configuring final product according to the Bills of Material and compliance issues required by all gaming jurisdictions.• Worked with the Quality Assurance Department in establishing Quality parameters for the new products as they were developed by the Engineering Department.
