As a highly knowledgeable CAPP certified field crop claims adjuster, I have over 15 years’ experience serving the agricultural communities of Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. I am proficient in all areas of crop adjusting including the utilization of maps and aerial photos, measurements of fields, and storage bins. All of this is done under the USDA Risk Management Agency rules and regulations. Experienced in utilizing company software to electronically transmit claims information directly from the field to ensure claims are processed timely and accurately. Over the years, I have established strong relationships with farm management personnel and provide expertise in investigating crop damage in diverse weather climates. By exuding a level of calmness in high-pressure situations I deliver excellent and prompt service to both agents and policyholders (farmers).Being a community-minded individual, I have served 4 years’ on the local school board and 20 years’ on the city council with 4 of those years serving as Mayor. In addition, I have assisted with training MPCI and hail damage annually between the years 2007 and 2018.
