He later developed Geographic Information Systems, and was instrumental in the development of the Regional Urban Information System (R.U.I.S.) in San Diego.In 1994, Mr. Sanford founded GLOLAR Multimedia Productions (www.glolar.com/store), and developed a wide range of educational products, such as Crash Courses in Accounting and Calculus. He helped King Schools, Inc., a San Diego Company, develop a 30-CD Multimedia CBT to help private pilots learn to fly. The CBT is sold by Cessna Pilot Centers around the world.More recently, Mr. Sanford has teamed with Dr. William Maxwell, Ed.D., Harvard, to develop The Inventive Quotient, I.Q. Features include an Event Calendar and searchable Document Library, allowing town residents to search thru more than ten years of government documents.
