I worked several different properties bringing in tenants that were not previously in the various markets.I created a Lifestyle Center outside of Cherryvale Mall in Rockford IL. By doing the Lifestyle Center, we were able to discourage competition from other developers, in the immediate area.

I worked the entire portfolio. Leasing space primarily to tenants new to the Developer.At the time Taubman owned the rights to Memorial City Mall in Houston. I was charged with leasing the property with the condition that we could take back the space with 90 days notice. I was able to secure several permanent leases with tenants, that complimented, the existing tenants, providing a great tenant mix for the customer.
