• Worked as the Program and Operations Manager for a $28 Million per year contract. Responsible for tracking and management of the budget in accordance with DCAA regulations. Managed OMN and other fund types at the CLIN/SLIN/ACRN level.• Managed 145 technical and management professionals across 16 subcontracts and 7 task areas, successfully delivering perfect CPARs scores.• Directly to responsible for the management of Headquarters operations including desktop support, application and database management, certification and accreditation and information assurance of systems, Cisco/Tandberg and Polycom video teleconferencing, Cisco VoIP, Avaya PBX support, Cisco based network and Windows/Linux based server support, and legacy migration services.• Lead a team of IA professionals, including Certified Navy Validators, developing process and procedures to accredit and monitor NAVSEA systems across multiple MAC levels. This included ensuring compliance with FISMA, DIACAP, and NIST frameworks. • Responsible NAVSEAs incident response and reporting process. Monitored and reported using HBSS, LogRythm, and other IA CND tools. Ensured NAVSEA systems complied with all applicable Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts and Bulletins (IAVA/IAVB), Technical Advisories, command technical orders, and Navy technical directives.• Directly responsible for the management of Enterprise Resource Management including responsibility for all contract resources as well the preparation of the IT/NSS, DON, DOD, OMB, and Presidents Budget submissions, artifacts, and briefings. • Responsible for the management of Enterprise Applications including Defense Messaging, the Corporate Data Warehouse (CDW), business objects development, Corporate Data Management System (CDMS), and Freedom of Information Act/Public Affairs (FoIA/PA) systems.• Design and implementation of several new SCIF and SIPR facilities. Including the EF&I of secure telecommunications services and SVTC.
