Led and managed complex enterprise resource planning (ERP)/warehouse management system (WMS) project from initiation through rollout including a 3 month learning phase, a 6 month pilot phase, and an implementation phase. Built Redhat and Oracle servers to support project implementation and developed a variety of scripts to maintain the transfer of information between systems and automate daily routine tasks. Initiated and maintained transparent and open communications between vendors, programmers and managers.Key Achievements: Verified proper functioning of systems so that overnight processes would not be interrupted by using batch scripts and server monitoring tools. Designed new invoicing system to process 80-150 invoices per week, automated transfer of data between ERP and financial databases, and resolved bugs in the vendor software, and provided testing procedures to developers to validate invoices inputted into the ERP.
