Consultant with technology infrastructure providers to build and develop organization. Author the expansion strategy for emerging technology organizations. Often work with executive teams to set the strategy for assimilating acquired companies into the day-to-day operation of the parent organization. Issues of corporate cultural-clash customarily evaluated and an assimilation strategy put in place. Corporate analysis, training, executive coaching, executive search, staffing strategy, policies and compliance as well as compensation analysis are among core strengths. Clients include SAIC, IBM, ASRC Aerospace, Metropolitan Pipe and Interactive Data.

Co-founded and built an Organizational Development/Human Resources consultancy and product company. In addition to auditing and analyzing organizational training and developmental needs for clients, authored a career centered assessment methodology, which is offered electronically in partnership with Lotus Development Corporation (via Lotus Notes), as well as via the Web. The “Cambridge Assessment Method” derives Functional competencies, Soft Factor and Cultural elements by position. The methodology is used for both staffing and career development (setting objectives and measuring performance against those objectives). Negotiated contracts at the “C” level and led implementation with a wide variety of companies. Clients included SAIC, Bell Labs, First of Chicago / Bank 1, Chubb Insurance and Progressive.

Worked half time in the US and half time in Europe. Provided Staffing and Executive Search services to high-tech clients. In most cases wrote and implemented their staffing plan. Conducted competitive analysis. Recruited key executives and top performers from the competition. Clients included the technology divisions of large Financial organizations such as Citicorp Information Services, Citicorp Information Resources (to the S & L’s), The Chase Manhattan Bank, Wharton Econometrics, the Financial Times and Reuters. Non financial clients included Lotus Development, DEC, Pansophic and Hotel Information Systems. Managed a team of forty-five. Formed subsidiary organization (Anthonyson and Sheehan) to work with emerging high-tech organizations. Reviewed business plans and set strategies especially for the securing of both debt and equity funding. Worked closely with the venture capital community and recruited staff for portfolio companies.

Participated in assimilating acquisitions into the parent organization: Chase Econometrics, Dynamics Associates, The S & P Pricing Service, and Chase Access. Member of the Executive Management Steering Committee, which set the strategic direction of the company. Responsible for the opening and staffing of twenty-five offices in the United States, Europe, The United Kingdom and Japan. Lived, on a temporary basis in Germany, The Benelux and The United Kingdom.Built the Human Resource department and was responsible for Training, Career Planning and Review, Professional & College Recruiting, Benefits, Affirmative Action, Employee Relations, and Competitive Compensation Analysis.
