Mr. Sheehan is well known in industry for providing strategic consulting, build-out and management to numerous industries such as banking, securities & IT. He is the author of "Soft Factors Analysis" & "The Cambridge Assessment Method" which have been used and replicated across all verticals of industry but especially the IT sector. He is considered the father of the soft factors assessment process which he finalized while at Harvard. Mr. Sheehan was the Chairman of the Cambridge Assessment Centre, Founder & President of Corporate Development Systems, Founder of the venture capital firm of Anthonyson & Sheehan and before that was for many years at the Information Services division of The Chase Manhattan Bank with international responsibility for the staffing and build-out of Interactive Data, Chase Econometrics, Dynamics Associates, & Chase Cash Access. During this period he lived in the U.K, Germany, the Benelux & Italy. Within the IS division he served on the executive steering committee. Mr. Sheehan began in the securities industry with EDS on Wall Street.Mr. Sheehan has a master’s degree from Harvard University, was the President of the alumni association and has served on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Alumni Association. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business from Boston College. He is a Past President & Board Member of Rotary International of Wellesley. He has received multiple Harris Fellow awards. As a frequent speaker for industry he has presented at IBM’s World Wide OO Conference in Orlando, Florida, the Annual TPM Conference in Memphis, Tennessee and the Financial CIO Forum on-board the QE2. He has lectured at numerous university MBA programs to include Boston University, Babson College, & the University of Hawaii at Maui.
