Larry Singleton is the Management and Program Analyst, Human Resources Management & Consulting Services, at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Austin TX.Prior to the VA, Larry worked as a Corporate Trainer for Staff Management, assigned on-site to Dell Computers in Austin TX. In this position, Larry was a single-point training manager, performing classroom and one-on-one training sessions for IQ Navigator and Fieldglass software packages. Prior to employment at Dell, Larry worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs in a contractor position. He was assigned to the PCS Travel section as a travel entitlements counselor, and then the Electronic Travel Division, where he assisted in the implementation of FedTraveler, a VA-wide electronic travel system. Larry is a military veteran and spent twenty three years in the United States Air Force, retiring in 2005 in the grade of Master Sergeant. While in the USAF, he served in Wichita Falls TX, Monte Corna Italy, Eldorado AFS TX, Wichita Falls TX, Panama City Beach FL, and Los Angeles CA. His duty titles included NCOIC Student Administration, Program Manager - Workgroup Management Training Instructor, Information Management Superintendent, and Operations Superintendent.Larry currently maintains active membership in the Air Force Association.Larry is married to Wichita Falls TX native Christina Singleton.
