Larry has over 40 years experience in public accounting serving as the managing partner at G.P. Graham & Company from 1983 until 1996, when the firm merged to form Whelan Barsky & Graham. With WBG, Larry was the Director of the Outsourcing, Emerging Business, and Controllership Services Division and also acted as Co-Director of the Auditing Services Division. In addition, Larry was the partner in-charge of GPG's and WBG's quality control system and review process. In 1998, Larry left WBG to form L.D. Spring, P.C where he serves as President & CEO.Larry has extensive experience in the areas of auditing, reviews and compilations; small business services and consulting; tax compliance and planning for both individuals and business. Over the years, he has developed an expertise with the not-for-profit community, from very small organizations to those with over $200 million in assets. Larry received his BCS in Accounting from Benjamin Franklin University, which is now a part of George Washington University.
