As the General Manager overseeing all property and hotel resort operations, I am entrusted with the crucial task of ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of a diverse range of assets under the purview of the Homeowners Association (HOA). With a comprehensive scope of responsibility, my role extends to managing a vast array of facilities, including a sprawling 15-acre common area, 24 condominium buildings encompassing 124 units, 11 long-term rentals, a hotel, two restaurants, a gym, three pools, nature trails, a watersports and charter vendor, as well as overseeing the maintenance department and its staff, a wastewater treatment plant, an R/O system water treatment plant, and the office staff for three entities, Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association, Pleasant Properties LLC and Point Pleasant Rental Pool LLC.In addition to the operational aspects, I am also entrusted with financial management and strategic planning. I oversee all aspects of profit and loss (P&L), create, and manage annual budgets, handle payroll, accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and spearhead capital reserve projects. Furthermore, I play a pivotal role in administering assessments, ensuring sound financial practices, and working towards the development of future on-site operations while upholding the core values and standards outlined in the Point Pleasant Resort Villa Owners Association's Mission Statement.With my extensive expertise in property and hotel management, I am committed to maintaining the integrity of our association's mission while striving for excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and financial stability. By combining meticulous attention to detail, strong leadership, and strategic foresight, I aim to elevate the experience of residents, guests, and staff alike, as we work together to achieve our collective goals.
