Managed the quality and distribution of over 140 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) products on a daily bases with 21 weekly summaries and four monthly reports that aided in planning, decisions and operations. Restructured the SOTF-E terrain and IMINT database to facilitate access and dissemination of information to end users reducing production time by 50 percent. Managed the daily allocation of 30 ISR assets for SOTF-E and all Operation Detachment Alpha (ODA) teams operating at the subordinate level performing Visual Stability Operations (VSO) and counter insurgency missions. Created new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and web-portal for SOTF-E significantly increasing the unit’s ability to develop, refine, and issue IMINT exploitation and ISR collection products.

Further served as Foreign Disclosure Representative, Physical Security Manager, and Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S) Manager. Maintained accountability and maintenance of over 750K dollars of equipment in continuous mission support for both CJSOTF-A and SOTF-East. Developed CJSOTF-A’s first Pertinent Intelligence Reporting (PIRs) List approved by the Intelligence Joint Commander (IJC) resulting in a 70 percent increase of collection while giving concise collection focus throughout theater of operations. Trained 45 Afghanistan personnel on Talon-view collection methodology software resulting in increased legitimacy of Afghanistan intelligence to the Ministry of Defense and USFOR-A. Coordinated and attended SPEARHEAD and SEEK training for four personnel improving the overall mission of 3rd SFG (A) personnel in direct support to combat operations.
