As a Senior Instructor/Writer and Transition Course NCOIC for the 35G1O Initial Entry Training (IET) Imagery Analyst Course. Conducted for the training, counseling, and mentoring of 350 Soldiers. Responsible for the training, professional development, and supervision of one Senior Imagery Analyst Instructor. Supervises the development and revision of training plans, schedules, lesson plans, and TRADOC resource requirement documents for the 35G Transition Course. Submits recommendations for training improvements. Maintains student records and the Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Committee's student database.

As the principal Security Manager for a 200 personnel Special Forces Command Headquarters; additionally, advised the Commanding General and Staff on all information, Personnel, and Communications Security Actions. Directly responsible for all Foreign Disclosure, Intelligence Oversight, Freedom of Information Act, and Industrial Security requirements throughout USASFC. I was accountable for Security related training and maintaining personnel security databases. I coordinated all the Command Inspection Program (CIP) security operations efforts. Spearheaded efforts to update the directorates SIPRNET security and access control measures which brought modernization to the Special Forces Command G2 in compliance with DISA standards. Educated all security managers within the command on courier procedures for safeguarding of classified material in permissive and non-permissive environments. Trained incoming Security Managers on Information Security, Information Awareness, and Foreign Disclosure ensuring a seamless transition with no degradation to mission.

While deployed, was the team lead of the Collection Management and Dissemination (CM&D) Section for a Special Forces Group conducting combat operations in throughout Afghanistan; responsible for the supervision and quality control of all Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI), and Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) products directly supporting Operational Detachments Alpha (ODA) and Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enablers conducting Village Stability Operations (VSO) in Operation ENDURING FREEDOM (OEF) and across the Central Command (CENTCOM) Area of Responsibility. Managed the quality and distribution of over 140 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) products on a daily bases with 21 weekly summaries and four monthly reports that aided in planning, decisions and operations. Restructured the SOTF-E terrain and IMINT database to facilitate access and dissemination of information to end users reducing production time by 50 percent. Managed the daily allocation of 30 ISR assets for SOTF-E and all Operation Detachment Alpha (ODA) teams operating at the subordinate level performing Visual Stability Operations (VSO) and counter insurgency missions. Created new Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and web-portal for SOTF-E significantly increasing the unit’s ability to develop, refine, and issue IMINT exploitation and ISR collection products.

As a section leader in charge of ten person Geospatial Cell and directly responsible for the mentoring of six personnel; responsible for the daily production and dissemination of Geospatial products which directly supports four battalions and three forward deployed Special Operations Task Force (SOTF) units within the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and United States Africa Command (USAFCOM) AOR’s. Supports the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan (CJSOTF-A) as an Imagery Analyst, Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (ISR) manager and Collection Manager for all CJSOTF-A National Tactical Means (NTM) requirements. Further served as Foreign Disclosure Representative, Physical Security Manager, and Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S) Manager. Maintained accountability and maintenance of over 750K dollars of equipment in continuous mission support for both CJSOTF-A and SOTF-East. Developed CJSOTF-A’s first Pertinent Intelligence Reporting (PIRs) List approved by the Intelligence Joint Commander (IJC) resulting in a 70 percent increase of collection while giving concise collection focus throughout theater of operations. Trained 45 Afghanistan personnel on Talon-view collection methodology software resulting in increased legitimacy of Afghanistan intelligence to the Ministry of Defense and USFOR-A. Coordinated and attended SPEARHEAD and SEEK training for four personnel improving the overall mission of 3rd SFG (A) personnel in direct support to combat operations.
