• Provide valet service to Genesis customers and ensure they receive the overall Genesis experience • Ensure Genesis loaner vehicles are cleaned, (exterior and interior), and have sufficient gas before being delivered to customer• Call customer before leaving dealership to let them know when they can expect their vehicle to be picked up• Call customer when arrive at their location to pick up vehicle and deliver loaner • Go through the services being performed on customer’s vehicle• Do a complete cosmetic walkaround with customer on their vehicle as well as our loaner vehicle with images to assure their peace of mind when taking their car• Write down customer information that includes their insurance, driver’s license and credit card• Have customer sign our loaner vehicle agreement and acknowledge what they are responsible for prior to returning the vehicle• Have customer acknowledge and sign if any damages are found on their vehicle prior to leaving their location• Advise customer if there are any damages on the loaner vehicle and have them acknowledge and sign on the loaner agreement form so they are not held responsible• Call customer when their vehicle is ready and let them know when it will be delivered back to them• Call customer when arrive at their location when dropping off vehicle after it’s been serviced and go through what services were performed and provide them with any other information that maybe needed • Drive customers to and from the dealership where required• Ensure customer satisfaction when arriving and leaving the dealership.• Pick up and deliver parts where required.• Filing invoices for the service and parts departments.• Receive shipments of various products for service and parts departments.• Verify parts against invoices and orders• Assist customers and provide technicians with parts over back counter.• Stock shelves • Perform other duties as required by the service, parts and sales departments
