Lead Instrumentation Technologist
CurrentInstall, start-up, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and maintain cGMP automated process control and instrument measuring systems, including Bioreactors, LPC and HPLC purification systems, incubators, CIP systems, blood gas analyzers, centrifuges, chart and data recorders, glass washers, autoclaves, and spectrophotometers. Assist and provide input to Engineering personnel in the design of new control systems. Assist in all phases of large projects, in design, construction, Installation, start-up & commissioning. Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and assist in the execution of Validation Qualification Protocols (IQ, OQ, and PQ) on new process equipment. Perform instrument/system calibration, preventive maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs .Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation that measures and controls temperature, pressure, level, liquid and gas flow, weight, speed, pH, CO2, DO2, UV, voltage, current, resistance and conductivity.
