As a Support Account Manager at Lotus Development, I played a role as an important member of the support, sales and marketing team. Unlike sales representatives, whose primary role is to sell to customers, account managers are responsible for all aspects of a customer’s relationship with Lotus Development. As an Account Manager, I acted as liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
