My greatest passion has always been serving others. This passion has always been present in my professional career and volunteerism. I approach all my interactions as that of a servant-leader, with eyes and ears open to first understand, then to seek the natural synergies which can solve a problem or propel an idea to the next level.My faith is my greatest strength, as it grounds me in the truth of why I exist and to whom I am ultimately responsible. It reminds me from whose hand my blessings truly come, that those blessings are not meant solely for me, but rather to flow through me to others. I can live with that.The more I've learned, the more I've realized how little I know. It is for this reason that I intentionally assume a "teachable" posture, always seeking wisdom and guidance from leaders around me. There is always a "better way," a deeper understanding, and a new perspective that I can glean from those who are willing to invest in me.I seek relationships first. I want to know those I do business with, and I want them to know me. Anything less is simply retail; less than our best, and a minimum investment of our time and effort.
