My PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS CAREER has spanned SEVERAL DECADES from being employed by a FORTUNE 500 Company to being able to employ over 500 people in our Own Companies that covered many diverse fields of expertise.We have owned Mortgage Banking Firms,General Contracting and Design,Car Care Detailing,Automotive Repairs and Oil Change,Roofing and Remodeling,Healthcare Network for Homebound and Physically Impaired Clients,Business Consulting Firm,Uniglobe Travel Agency,Century 21 Real Estate Agency and now runs The Family Foundation,The Watson Foundation to “Leave Them Better Than We Found Them.We have been blessed to donate the majority of our wealth to Charitable Causes and for the preservation of human dignity by creating affordable housing for people living at or below the median income level to give them a better quality of life in this country and around the globe.To help focus and centralize these efforts since 2010 I’ve been The Founder and CEO of our Nonprofit Family Foundation,A 501(c)3 To Make A Difference in The lives of People Who are Hurting, Hungry or Homeless.I was able to win large Private Sector and Military Contracts While at Eastern Environmental Solutions,LLC .We were the largest Minority Owned Transportation and Disposal Company of Hazardous Waste in The Country with a diverse portfolio of over 100 million dollars in secured government contracts covering EPA Superfund Sites and Military Bases.I also was appointed to TVA’s Minority Economic Developement Council in Knoxville,Tennessee which enabled me to help Develop and Capitalize over one thousand small and Disadvantaged Businesses throughout the Tennessee Valley Servicing Area and many in my hometown.We were based at Columbus Air Force Base in Columbus,Mississippi with Regional Offices in Atlanta, New Orleans, Fort McClellan in Anniston,Alabama,The Woodlands in Houston, Texas and Fort Hayes in Ohio.We were able to diversify our operations into Transportation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste,Containerized Cargo Shipping,Military Housing Construction,Hauling refrigerated produce, Transport of Automobile Freight, Remediation,Hazmat Operations and Shopping Mall Developement to meet the needs of A Changing Industry.So in closing I leave you with this indelible footprint always remember it’s not really about you but what you can do to help somebody else “ In whatever time I have left I must give back to the communities that have given so much to us.
