I’ve always been fascinated with technology and how it impacts business and vice versa. My background, skills, and interests took my career in the direction of cybersecurity, technology risk governance, and compliance and to improve myself both personally and professionally, I gained my CISSP, CCISO and CISA certifications. I’m known for my ability to listen to people, look objectively at scenarios from all angles, and calmly handle viewpoints and situations with understanding (and sometimes humor) to guide team’s direction towards a productive solution. I’ve learned that much of my enjoyment in being a manager has come from being a part of someone’s growth, to mentor and help them visualize and develop their skills, and achieve their professional goals.
