I was a founding Principal of KDS Commercial Properties. In June 2024 KDS merged with CB Caine Commercial to form KDS Caine Commercial Real Estate where I continue to serve as a Senior Advisor. My focus is on investments and development services with special emphasis on industrial and healthcare related properties. In that capacity my responsibilities include commercial development, site analysis & selection, build-to-suit, select brokerage services and commercial real estate investment & advisory services. In a separate capacity I also serve as President of Webb Development, LLC, a privately held firm that specializes in development and construction management services for commercial real estate projects.Prior to establishing my real estate career, I spent over 30 years in the healthcare industry as a successful clinician, executive and investor. I founded and operated several successful companies that provided clinical, diagnostic and home medical services to hospitals and communities throughout the Southeast. In 2001, I retired from the healthcare industry and subsequently transitioned into the commercial real estate industry. I have a BS in Business Administration and a degree in Respiratory Therapy.I'm a native of Greenville, South Carolina and am actively involved in my community. My community service includes 8 years on the Board of Directors of Meals On Wheels of Greenville, serving wo as Chairman of the Board. I continue to be actively involved with Meals On Wheels. I was also honored to serve 8 years on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House of Greenville , with 2 years as Chairman Of The Board. In 2009 the South Carolina Association of Fundraising Professionals presented me with the Outstanding Philanthropist of the Year award for fundraising activities and commitment to the community. I currently serve as an Advisory Board member for Park National Bank in its Carolinas Region. I am proudly married to my wife of over 50 years, Pam. We are proud parents of a beautiful daughter and grandparents to two wonderful grandsons. Mypersonal interests in addition to my family are supporting the community, cycling, hiking, outdoor activities and hanging with my dog, Sam.
