Owner Builder, PM and Superintendent. Total reconstruction of a main house and guest house in Cardiff-by-the-Sea. Both structures were taken down to studs and built back up "to current code", adding a second story, expanding the footprint and doubling the livable space. Project also included total hardscape and landscape improvements.

Managed operations of an Equipment Reconditioning/Resale and Equipment Rental business. Bought, reconditioned, rebuilt and then resold and/or rented surplus and used medium to heavy equipment and machinery to domestic and international customers. Managed Operations, Sales, Marketing, Service, and Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S).
