CurrentI lead ten teams that include: Production Data Platform Administrators & DBAs which supports and administers all Modern Retailing CRM data platforms. DBA Developers – Sales ART, primarily focused in new highly complex and optimized SQL Server designs and solutions in and out of the cloud while also supporting legacy solutions and all Sales application teams. DBA Developers – Marketing ART, developing in mixed sets of new SQL Server architectures in and out of multiple clouds and PostgresSQL in AWS while supporting all Marketing application teams. Data Warehouse, ODS and Reporting, owns the revitalization of a unified SQL Server, SSIS, SSAA and SSRS solution that provides near real-time ROLAP data in a more traditional fact and dimension format. ETL, owns a diverse set of newer development in multiple cloud technologies, SSIS, APIs and legacy VB6 solutions. Analytics, trailblazes modern data tools including cloud-based Snowflake and Looker with heavy customization relying on React and JavaScript. Data Analytics, dedicated to supporting top tier customer support for data analysis requests including custom imports, exports and analysis. Data Engineering, focused on the consumption of CDC data by utilizing Debezium, Terraform and Kafka pipelines as well as the exposure of CDC data into an MDM process that enriches the MR CRM. Data Quality Assurance, ensures robust quality support across all of our Data Engineering organization. Data Architecture, a semi-dedicated and roundtable of individuals that help provide unified vision and diverse perspective that allows us to help prevent blind spots and be forward thinking.
