I was responsible for setting all of the interest rates for all of the loan programs that Infinity Home Mortgage Company, Inc. has to offer. I was also responsible to ensure that the Borrower and the Company capitalize on the Market opportunities as often as possible. I reported directly to the President of the Company and was involved throughout the process of all loans that pass through the Company's pipeline.

We provided title insurance needs primarily to NJ, PA, CT, DE, MD, and FL. We helped coordinate closings across the country, and offered closing services 24/7/365

I created a National Appraisal Management Company from scratch to manage the needs of a mid-sized Mortgage Banker. I turned a cost center into a profit center for them almost overnight. I can do the same for any Mortgage Banker, for Conventional or FHA loans.

Our company's structure allows any person, with proper licensing, to originate a mortgage application. Our most productive originators are Real Estate Agents, Accountants, Attorneys, CPAs, and anyone else that consistently comes into contact with other people.We helped people BUILD their Business, not just do business.
