Agency Business Consultant
Working side-by-side with some of the finest agents in Farmers, I was responsible for helping them take their agencies to the next level through better insurance product placement, property and casualty coverage training with their staff, and assessing and enhancing their overall business model practices. Together we closely examined and worked on several key factors: mission and vision statements, P/L and office budgeting, staffing and recruitment, sales and marketing strategies, tracking ROI, corporate branding, customer service and claims process and implementation, human resource issues, staff training and insurance licensing, goal setting, and overall operational efficiency. This role utilized the skills acquired in both claims and agency operations management and also provide me the opportunity to directly impact the continued growth and expansion of Farmers Insurance within the marketplace.
