Responsible for sales of spinal and biologic products in a high volume territory. Key customers include: Neuro and Orthopedic Surgeons, Administration above the clinical line, and Operating Room nursing and staff. My focus was providing technical support and direction during complex spinal procedures while managing multiple product lines to ultimately drive growth dollars. I had the experience of working both within a distributorship model (13 years) and direct. I developed relationships across multiple divisions of Medtronic to increase business in my area as well for others to grow the overall brand. As the senior leader, I oversaw multiple representatives through various roles, led a training program, and was selected to launch multiple products. I excelled in achievement resulting in multiple awards including President Club, Top National Rankings, and selection to Advisory Boards.

Sales for the Marimba software platform. Software sales focused on "push", "pull", and "peer to peer" technologies calling on C Level Executives and Senior Management of Fortune 500 Companies. Full spectrum of the cycle including uncovering companies, networking, creating solutions, implementation, and continuing the relationship via data mining.
