They also were a lack of applicable metrics and insights into on going fundraising programs. • The result was an increase in fundraising cash inflows, reports leading to tuning of marketing stratagem and on target fundraising goals.• A national P&C insurance company’s sales force and their independent broker sales force was under performing. • Developed relevant growth, profit and expense metrics and reports at the segment level for select customers as well as key performance metrics for the sales teams. • The result was a 32% increase in net new business within 6 months and a 9.75% reduction in sales expenses.
