Directly responsible for the day-to-day account management of OKI’s largest direct marketer – CDW. Created a comprehensive account plan to grow OKI business through marketing initiatives, sales incentives/trainings and by leveraging executive relationships. Mapped OKI outside reps to CDW outside reps, facilitating better end-user penetration and increasing enterprise sales. Performed quarterly account reviews.

Expanded Canon’s printer presence in CDW, Target, United Stationers, and several other key reseller accounts. Partnered with other Canon divisions to provide expertise in product mix, marketing, advertising, and promotions. Was responsible for building and maintaining relationships within the accounts through product roadmap meetings, executive briefings, and educational trainings. Had sole responsibility for all day-to-day operations including forecasting, sales in/out, accounting issues, inventory levels, pricing structures, stock rotations, and channel conflict. Achieved 121% of quota for fiscal year ’03.

Responsible for driving software revenue through joint marketing and relationship building with Apropos Application Partners. Developed and executed marketing plans to gain mind-share and solidify partner relationships. Participated in partner promotional activities such as trade shows, web seminars, sales meetings and user conferences.

Carried sales quota for four NEC product lines – monitors, printers, projectors, and plasma displays. Provided national account management for Richardson Electronics, CDW, Comark (now Insight), and Sayers. Sold more than $30M of product a year, with a market development fund budget of $500k. Created and implemented strategic marketing plans and participated in all sales activities including table-top shows, sales incentive programs, floor walks, and end-user sales calls. Developed and facilitated training programs to gain mind-share, enhancing product awareness and increasing sales.
