Along with GreenHeart Global co-founder Gary Barker, I re-imagined the simple, ubiquitous clothes hanger, to reflect both our concern for the environment and our design philosophy. The Ditto Hanger was designed to replace the billions of plastic retail hangers that end up in landfills every year. Ditto grew to include a line of 100% sustainable hangers, signage, POP displays, packaging and accessory displays. Used by retailers in over 5,000 stores around the world, Ditto’s commitment to high quality, award-winning design and proven environmental solutions elevate Ditto Hangers above any other hanger on the market. The company attained B Corp certification.The company name changed to Ditto Sustainable Brand Solutions, which was acquired by Nexgen in 2021. > Identified viable markets for several products made from recycled materials.> Oversaw product design and marketing strategies.> Located funding sources.> Developed relationships with manufacturing partners and material suppliers in the US and China.

My division provided business process consulting and IT development services to Fortune 500 (HP, Unilever, and mid-sized companies nationwide, specializing in eCommerce and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), systems integration, complex custom web site development, and high-value outsourced technical call-center support services. Maintained consistent 25% quarter-to-quarter growth and 30% EBITDA. My management role included business development, establishing relationships at both the C level and operating management level with clients in a broad range of industries.
