HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Employee Self Serve, Manager Self Serve) • Project Management - Responsible for implementing Employee Self Serve (ESS) and Manager Self Serve (MSS) customized solutions for MMC. • Application Strategy – Created and developed custom solutions that eliminated data entry errors, and automated manual HR, Payroll and Benefits processing saving time and man hours. One such solution, during employee termination, automatically inactivated the Direct Deposit, Additional Earning Deductions, and General Deductions entries for the terminated employee.

Meijer Walker, MI (Meijer is a privately held retailer in the mid-west operating 180 stores in 5 states with over 60,000 employees. HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, CRM, Cobra Administration, and Benefits Billing)• Project Management – Responsible for the Benefits Administration, Benefit Billing, and Cobra Administration upgrade components.• Cost Containment – Designed and developed a custom Arrears Billing process sub-system integrated into Benefit Billing. The Arrears Billing system invoices employees that fall behind in their benefit payments. Meijer was able to recapture thousands of dollars from employees that were in arrears.

Oakland County Pontiac, MI 1/2004 to 3/2004(Oakland County is one of the largest counties in Michigan with over a million residents and several thousand employees. HR, Payroll and Base Benefits)• Project Management - Responsible for the upgrade and conversion plans of all data and the work load for two county resources.• Cost Containment – The main requirement for Oakland County was to complete the upgrade to PeopleSoft version 8.8 as efficiently and economically as possible. This was accomplished 3 months ahead of schedule resulting in savings of 25% in project man hours for the county. Successfully handled a great volume of work in a short time by completing the specifications and conversion of over 200 SQR programs well ahead of schedule.

The Auto Club Group Dearborn, MI (The Auto Club Group is one of the country’s largest AAA Club servicing over 1.5 million members in 8 states with over 3,800 employees. GL, Budgets, HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Cobra Administration, Benefit Billing)• Project Management - Responsible for creating the PeopleSoft implementation blueprint for The Auto Club Group. • Implementation strategy – Reduced the implementation cost at The Auto Club Group (formerly known as AAA Michigan) by 30% by creating a PeopleSoft implementation blueprint that was used to acquire such clubs as Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota and Wisconsin on its way to becoming the third largest auto club in the country. This includes all the HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Payroll, conversion, and interfaces tasks necessary for delivery. This model was also used for Auto Club Life (ACL). Successfully designed and implemented the strategy for over 130 individual interfaces.
