Senior PharmaStrategies (SPS) was a spin-off of Fundamental Clinical and Operational Services' Pharmacy Operations team. SPS offered Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy consulting and support roles, which until 2010 had been offered just to Fundamental's skilled nursing facilities (SNF's), to other companies' SNF's as well. Although SPS was only formed as an independent company in 2010, our work with Fundamental's approximately 80 SNF's since 2006 has saved them almost $30 million in drug costs... as well as helped to improve the quality of care for thousands of patients.
