I have experience at every level of the restaurant industry from restaurant employee to senior executive, and I still enjoy the work at every level. While most of my career has been in line operations, I have significant experience in HR, Training, Field Marketing, and Financial Analysis. I have designed equipment, processes, and computer systems, and have been involved in the acquisition of capital.My company specializes in growth or turnaround, and we have extensive experience in both. Regardless the source of your profitability issues, we can assist in identifying the problems and designing, executing and following up to the solutions to these problems.I love the energy involved in high growth environments and the feeling of urgency in turnarounds. In either case, the challenge is channeling that energy in people to achieve the desired outcome.
