As an Operations/Area Manger I oversaw the daily operations of large distribution/fulfillment centers ensuring safety, performance, & quality standards are met daily. I’ve led teams of up to 140 associates, providing coaching, feedback, and performance reviews. I also implemented process improvements, reducing costs, waste, and errors across all operational areas. I have developed strong skills in process improvement, problem solving, and communication. I am passionate about being an empathetic leader, optimizing operational performance, and collaborating with my team in order to develop them further. My goal is to leverage my expertise and experience in the logistics field to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.
