· Promote organization’s vision to prospective donors· Prepare promotional literature and presentations· Solicit funds and pledges by making personal visits and speeches· Act as liaison between donors, leaders and organization· Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team· Demonstrate progressive success in obtaining funds· Coordinate, recruit, train and supervise volunteers· Maintain financial accountability and fiscal integrity· Maintain ongoing relations with contributing organizations Prepare, implement and track Fund Development budget·
