When wearing the sales hat, I consult with I.T. managers and Human Resource professionals to develop a training strategy which is in alignment with their company's goals. This could be an upcoming deployment of new technology or a new administrative assistant who needs Outlook training. Regardless of the scenario, this roll requires a lot of time on the phone, attention to detail and the ability to stay educated on the ever changing world of technology.

As the Office Manager at New Horizons I am responsible for the daily operations of the Charleston facility. The list of responsibilities changes depending on the day. They include, but are not limited to the following: troubleshooting technical issues in classrooms, greeting students, administering exams, classroom scheduling management, inventory, ordering books and student enrollment. I am responsible for anything that has to do with daily operations running smoothly. I enjoy juggling multiple responsibilities because it keeps me on my toes.
