I founded Ballast Lane Applications - after re-connecting with my software development roots - with just myself and a couple of ideas for new mobile applications. In the intervening decade, it has been a great privilege to guide our growth from those humble beginnings into the 140 plus person firm we are today and work shoulder to shoulder with our clients to design and build all types of complex digital products.We have assembled our team and client roster carefully with those who share the same commitment to our four key values: ownership, teamwork, honesty, and continuous learning. I am most proud of our track record of long-term relationships with clients and team members which is a direct result of our value driven approach.Finally, I love working with our clients to organize people and processes to build great products.
