Training Consultant
Current- Design, develop, implement, validate, and evaluate training and career development programs for a large audience of professional and support positions, including the coordination of course guidelines, lesson plans.
- Provide consulted services in needs assessment, identifying objectives, setting goals, and working with subject matter experts to develop highly specialized professional training programs to meet the Center’s.
- Advise management officials on efficient resource allocation, metrics analysis, and provide solutions to problems involving low employee morale, underutilization of employees’ skills and abilities, and excessive.
- Identify the best instructional methods for conducting effective instructor-led training, web-based training, on-the-job-training, and Adobe Connect Pro seminars. Analyze Center initiatives and implement comprehensive.
- Evaluate new training techniques, methodologies, and e-learning software applications. Oversee the design and development of e-learning modules by other staff and provide Quality Assurance across multiple projects.
- Acquire comprehensive new and nontraditional training and education designs to enhance performance of medical and scientific personnel.
