• Assembled and led a team which designed and field tested a common platform architecture which enabled AT&T Broadband to deliver data, voice, and video services as an integrated cable service.
• Headed program management team responsible for $200M of annual R&D investment (50 business cases) resulting in new revenue opportunities, process improvements, and operating cost reductions.
