As a Qualifying Broker and Broker-In-Charge at Crystal Coast Realty & Home Services, LLC, I have been assisting students, agents, customers and clients in reaching their real estate goals of assisting, owning or conveying real property in Eastern NC for over 21 years. I have also been teaching and counseling real estate professionals to be the best they can be and serving HOA's and private owners in managing and protecting their real estate assets for the highest and best use.My specialties include negotiating, training, teaching, and consulting. I have built a real estate organization covering over past seven counties with quality people and service, and I have two other businesses in the same industry. I also have taught continuing education and pre- and post-licensing courses at Century 21 Jacksonville & Wilmington and both Carteret Community College and Craven Community Colleges.
