When I opened my first restaurant over 20 years ago, I had visions of being the biggest food service provider in St. Louis. Over time and with extensive experience working with various local businesses, I realized that being the biggest in your industry doesn’t typically equal being the best. In 2009, I decided to open Championship Catering with one goal in mind: to be the BEST Catering Company - not the biggest. I started Championship Catering in the same way that I started in the food industry 20 years ago, personally planning and serving each event. Championship Catering provides a premier catering experience for private and corporate events throughout the St. Louis Metropolitan Area, in both Missouri and Illinois. Our made-to-order style is designed to impress and satisfy everyone’s taste. In a time when caterers are making quality cuts and customers are being forced to settle for less, Championship Catering strives to provide personalized service, higher quality, and customization for every theme, every guest, and every budget. I continue to define my success by the high-quality service we provide for all our customers.
