While working as an application developer and application administrator in IT, I have provided solutions-oriented results for both internal and external customers to help analyze and solve their problems in an effective and efficient manner. Using enterprise application suites, IT tools and IT infrastructure I have performed the following roles. Enterprise application administration of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), Identity and Access Management Systems, Asset Management Systems, Integration Platforms and Application Servers.Lead and been part of teams that were responsible for support and maintenance activities, which included installing, configuring and maintaining application servers using a variety of scripting languages, SSL certificates and clustering in order to provide highly available and secure systems for the enterprise. Professional-level analysis, design, development and support of new and existing Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and in-house custom databases and applications in all types of environments.
