I provide SCADA/ADMS (Supervisory, Control and Data Acquisition/ Advanced Distribution Management System) system support for water, gas, and electric operations. My primary responsibilities are to maintain the data integrity, reliability, compliance and security of the SCADA and ADMS/OMS systems.Key Areas of Focus are:1. Plan, design, program, document, and maintain the SCADA system2. Plan, design, program, document, and maintain ADMS system3. Maintain compliance with NERC CIP and reliability standards4. Develop custom SCADA/ADMS displays that enhance the System Operators situational awareness5. Ensure SCADA/ADMS network infrastructure meets and/or exceeds NERC CIP and cyber security standards.

I lead a team responsible for implementing and maintaining the corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The IAM programs main responsibilities were to ensure the right people get access to the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. I provided oversight of support, maintenance and troubleshooting of password management, Single Sign On (SSO) and corporate access services. My responsibilities were the following:1. Ensure users and their approvers are properly identified.2. Access for users is approved and granted based approved workflows and approval processes.3. Access for users is removed in accordance with corporate and NERC CIP standards and policies.4. Audit access control lists and related system reports.5. Investigate and resolve suspicious identity and access activities.6. Provided SSO services for cloud applications.I mentored IAM teammates, provided technical input for security/IAM audits and potential product purchases from a IAM perspective.

I provided enterprise application administration of Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) systems, Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), Asset Management Systems, Integration Platforms and Application Servers. My primary responsibilities in supporting these enterprise applications included:1. Installation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting and monitoring of applications, databases and servers.2. Using scripting languages to automate administration, maintenance and configuration tasks.3. Configuration management4. Security: File encryption, SFTP, SSL certificates, communication ports and services in relationship to enterprise firewalls and cyber security standards.I documented technical procedures and processes that led to increased efficiency in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and service restoration by all team members.

This position was a technical information management specialist located in the Information Management, Planning and Monitoring Group of the Arapaho and Roosevelt National Forests and Pawnee National Grassland Supervisor’s Office. I served as a technical assistant to forest planners and resource specialists in analyzing, querying, updating, and entering GIS data into corporate GIS databases used in overall forest planning, monitoring, and project analysis. Being the technical assistant to forest planners and resource specialists required that I managed spatial data and updated databases on a regular basis.

This position involved collecting vegetation data that would be entered into the Integrated Resource Inventory (IRI) GIS database on the Arapaho-Roosevelt National Forest.

This position involved data conversion and entry for a variety of city water, wastewater, stormdrain and landbase reconfiguration projects. During this position I learned to adjust to changing project demands in order to accommodate the desires of the client.

During this position I worked on Vector Smart Map (VMAP) projects for the National Image and Mapping Agency. While working in this position I learned the importance of data quality in order to produce a quality GIS product.
